Can I Place a Sample Order?

What is the lead time?

Sample production: 7-10 business days. Mass production: 25-40 business days, depending on order quantity.

What Are Your Payment Terms?

We accept T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and other mainstream payment methods.

How to Place Orders?

Standard orders are processed through Alibaba Trade Assurance orders. For Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products, EXW terms apply. Contact us for FOB or other Incoterms quotations, or provide shipping requirements to our sales team for online order creation.

How Do You Ship LiFePO₄ Battery Packs?

You may use your preferred freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipment through our certified partners. For samples or small battery packs, we ship via express carriers (FedEx/UPS/TNT/DPD). Shipments over 100kg are recommended for cost-effective sea freight or air freight.
